Voor onze opdrachtgever, een dienstverlenende organisatie in de ICT in Amsterdam, zoeken wij een tijdelijke Management Assistant, 40 uur per week, per 1 november 2016.  Het betreft een leuk, informeel bedrijf, een start-up.

Job description

We are looking for a highly organized Management Assistant to work for our CEO and Sales team. You’ll need to be adaptable and organized, as the role will require extensive administration support, diary management and planning. You will be replacing the Executive Assistant for a part and you’ll be working closely with the other Management Assistant (who works for VP Product) to ensure smooth running of their day-to-day activities.

Duties and responsibilities

PA to CEO

  • Calendar Management
  • Email management of CEO, prioritization and escalations, using initiative to follow up on and monitor action points
  • Arrange some private matters
  • Arranging travel, Visas and accommodation
  • Supporting CEO in personal, family or lifestyle arrangements
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
  • Taking dictation and minutes and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Tracking and managing follow ups
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff

MA to Sales Team

  • Calendar Management
  • Arranging travel, Visas and accommodation
  • Taking dictation and minutes and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Tracking and managing follow ups and leads
  • Responsible for answering and processing questions of clients, by phone or email

Office Management

  • Running the office and solving issues as they come up.
  • Planning/organizing events together with the Management Assistant
  • Operational and startup related things that make things run efficiently and help to create a robust foundation for our startup. You will help us grow stronger and also have the opportunity to grow your career with us.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors

Eisen en werkervaring

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Afgeronde directiesecretaresseopleiding
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als PA CEO/Raad van Bestuur
  • Uitstekende beheersing van MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Per 1 november 2016 fulltime beschikbaar

Salaris: max. € 3.000 bruto/maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
