Team Assistant, NL / E, 40 h/wk, Amsterdam region (filled)
In cooperation with a befriended business relation we are looking for a Dutch / English speaking TEAM ASSISTANT, for 40 hours/week, on an interim basis.
Hours per week: 40
Duration: 30-01-2017 through 31-07-2017
Purpose: The Team assistant provides a consistent level of high quality support to Director E2E System Integration and Director Video Back Office as well as their respective teams at the Entertainment Technology Department.
Operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
To provide a consistently high level of quality team coordinator support to the Directors and their teams:
Calendar/Inbox support for Directors
Arranging meetings, appointments, telephone and video conference calls.
Making travel arrangements
Dealing with telephone calls and helping out as necessary, as appropriate provide telephone screening
General Assistant/Coordinator and administrative duties, e.g. filing expense processing, etc.
Monitoring team expenses
Monitoring hiring process for contractors
End to End Purchase order process: request, follow up approvals, payments and closing.
Ensuring the department filing systems (HR, finance, facilities, etc.) are always up to date.
Team contact person for IT, HR and Facilities (e.g. floor plans, team org charts, IT equipment
To act as the contact person for the Directors in the Amsterdam region office, dealing with clients, employees and external customers on a global level.
Preparation of weekly reports.
Help to coordinate department as well as organise team activities, conferences, meetings, etc.
Coordinate and consolidate inputs for the Entertainment Technology team.
Working Relationships and team working
Work with Personal Assistant Entertainment Technology and Team Assistant Video CPE & UI and Apps as part of the Entertainment Technology administrative support team, Directors, VPs Management/ Senior Management level and other affiliates where needed.
- Secretarial education
- Working experience as a TEAM ASSISTANT
- Recent working experience in Telecom
- Excellent organizing and communication skills
- An excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and written
- Excellent MS Office skills; MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Prezi
- Working experience in relation to budget monitoring, expense reports and reporting
- Planning skills
