PA ONLINE Recruitment fee

In relation to a successful hire we have two options:

  • 15% recruitment fee of 1st year’s salary including holiday pay and emoluments for each successful placement
  • Two months exclusivity.

  • 20% recruitment fee of 1st year’s salary including holiday pay and emoluments for each successful placement
  • No cure no pay.

A successful hire is considered the moment a candidate has signed the empoyment contract with the Principal. In case employment is part-time, the recruitment fee is calculated on a full workweek.

Should an introduced candidate be hired / working at a client within 18 months, after having introduced the respective candidate there, on whatever contract, PA ONLINE will then invoice the client accordingly, which amount is due to be paid within 14 days.

Which PA Online recruitment fee do you choose? Platinum Package or the Gold Package?

In secondment / on an interim basis

Of course we offer business support in secondment as well. We work with well seasoned C-level PA’s, EA’s and Office Managers. Some of them work through our payroll partner, others work free-lance. In relation to payroll; we pay our payroll partner 30% on their so called ‘G-account’, being an account for reserved amounts to the Tax Authorities. This to avoid potential tax assessments on behalf of our clients and ourselves.

PA ONLINE’s margin is € 10.00-15.00 per hour excluding VAT, that is on top of the payroll or free-lance fee.

Should a candidate work in secondment at the client and be hired afterwards, the recruitment fee will be 20% minus the number of months worked already at the client’s.

Changes in tariff may be subject to ‘cao’ negotiations or legislation. These changes will commence on the date of the change of legislation and charged accordingly.

Should a candidate be introduced by PA ONLINE to a client and start working at the client at the same or other position, the client is due to pay the recruitment fee as above mentioned. The client will always be due to pay the recruitment fee in case intitial contact with the candidate was established through PA ONLINE. Even when the candidate applies for a job with client within 18 months, either directly or via other parties.
