Our NL/E/F speaking Executive Assistant is a Personal Assistant who presents herself well. She is used to working for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board within international companies. Organizing meeting and complex itineraries is what she’s very good at, also when they have to be altered all of a sudden due to changing situations.
Our NL/E/F speaking Executive Assistant masters the Dutch, English languages very well and the French language well. Also, she is used to taking minutes in both Dutch and English.

She believes in cooperation, working as a team. That provides her with energy.

Achievements a.o.

Profit organization: A meeting with 12 (demanding) internationals, members of the Supervisory Board, was scheduled to take place at the Amstel Hotel a while ago. All the itineraries, flights from several locations, welcoming at the airport, rooms and dinners etc. had been arranged. On Sunday she was notified that the meeting was rescheduled to take place in London the Tuesday after. She immediately started to rearrange all meetings, hotel rooms, flights for all attendees coming from several locations / countries arriving Monday evening (!) as well as all documents for the meetings concerned, and anything and everything else, while notifying the altered bookings to all PA’s and persons concerned. In order to make sure that all went well, Our NL/E/F speaking Executive Assistant was in London too.
­ Profit organization: 45 Guests were invited to attend the christening of the new ship in Singapore, amongst others the Ambassador and the Mayor. After the ceremonial and protocol, the guests enjoyed the by Our NL/E/F speaking Executive Assistant organized golf tournament, dinners and lunches, sight seeing trips etc..

Our NL/E/F speaking Executive Assistant has a one month notice period and wishes to work 32-40 hours/week. Her salary is € 4,700.00 gross per month on a full-time basis.
